Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms govern your use of bmac.io and the personal portfolio projects it links to, including Dynamic QR (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are provided as-is
These are independent portfolio projects offered free of charge. They may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We make no warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee availability, uptime, or that any code, link, or piece of data will be preserved.
Accounts
Some projects let you create an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide an email address you control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Host, link to, or redirect to phishing, malware, scams, or otherwise deceptive or harmful destinations. This specifically includes using a dynamic QR code or short link to point at a benign page and later switch it to a malicious one.
- Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their infrastructure.
- Publish sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or violent content.
Our right to remove content and suspend access
We may disable, remove, or redirect any code, link, or content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion and without notice, including when we believe the acceptable-use rules have been broken or to protect the Services, our infrastructure, or other people. Because a link or QR code routes through our systems, we may disable a destination we believe to be harmful at any time.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as destination URLs). You grant us the limited permission needed to store and serve it in order to operate the Services. You are responsible for the content you point a code or link to.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bmac.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. The Services are provided without warranty of any kind.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the projects evolve. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
